Celebrating Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month
This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because
it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.
My Students
My classroom is a kindergarten ICS (in class support/ SIOP (Sheltered Instruction Observation Protocol) class. My students are eager to learn and love school! Some students in my class are classified and receive ESL services. All of our students receive free breakfast and free lunch. They are from a very low-income area. Each day they enter with different problems and family situations, but they always leave with a smile and heart full of love and can't wait to come back the next day, sometimes they even wish that school was open during the weekend!
My Project
Teacher's Pay Teacher's is a great resource for projects, homework, extra classwork, and center activities all in 1 place. You can search by grade and subject and find what you need for your students quickly. My students will benefit by having detailed and themed activities readily available. Students will also be able to take homework home that is aligned with lessons that are taught in school and parents can practice and reinforce thr material at home as well. I can also make and print out individual books and bookelts for students to create.
