Celebrate Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month

This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.

My Project

We currently are in a room that has little to no supplies. At the moment we do not have a classroom budget available to us so we are attempting to stock the classroom with interactive tasks that can challenge their minds as well as help calm them when needed. Our room was cleared out at the beginning of the year and our students so far this year have only received items I can personally provide and this is unsustainable and expensive for the teacher and para educators in the classroom. I hope that by providing more resources we will also experience more active play and less behaviors due to boredom.
