Help me give my students folders, composition notebook, and school boxes to stay organized, learn great study habits, and have a successful school year.
This project is part of the Black History Month celebration because it supports a Black teacher or a school where the majority of the students are Black.
My Students
My students come from several different cultural backgrounds, many of which are new comers to the United States. I also have several students with learning disabilities, ADHD and autism. I would like to increase all my students' ability to learn, by using art and reading, while differentiating my classroom instruction. I would also like to engage all of my special needs students and increase each student's language, vocabulary, and comprehension skills. They love to use art and technology in their everyday learning at school.
My Project
Having basic supplies available in my office allows me to make sure students are successful in their classroom. This project will impact my students by providing them with the bare necessities needed to keep our classroom running smoothly. These materials will help my students become successful readers, writers, scientists, mathematicians, and lifelong learners because they will be provided with the things they need to encourage and engage them in their learning experiences. Students will use their composition notebook to take notes and complete classwork. The folders and pencil boxes will help students keep their supplies organized.
These donations will help my scholars reach for the stars.
