"Today a reader, tomorrow a leader." - Margaret Fuller
No matter what circumstances my students endure, they come in every day eager and ready to learn new things!
Although we all share a love for learning, the way we learn is different. Some of my students are reading whole entire books while other students are practicing and perfecting sounds. No matter what, they support one another through their learning endeavors and try their very best to be strong, successful readers!
With these books, my students will be able to have their individual needs met and enhance their reading skills.
All of my students learn differently and deserve to be provided with the resources and instruction they need to succeed!
Whether they are blending sounds or reading whole books, these resources will allow my students to have a variety of materials to grow and learn with. My reading groups are a time to learn instruction from a teacher, work on reading skills, and read independently. I can use the blend cards and leveled books to provide differentiated instruction to each of my students to help them enhance their reading skills.
The variety of leveled books will also allow us to expand our classroom library and provide students with books based on their level for independent reading. My students will get the opportunity to choose not only books that fit their interests, but books on their individual level. This will help build confidence and improve their reading. The more they read, the better they are going to get! We cannot wait to dig into new books and become stronger readers!
