My Students

My students are 6th-8th graders.

With the stresses of last year I have been working hard to find ways to help them get back to normal and fine ways to destress and relax.

I want to help my students be successful, happy, and calm!

My Project

Middle schoolers are stressed all the time. The year after the craziness of COVID-19 will be no different. I am hoping to find strategies to help my students learn ways to help them help themselves.

My students will be able to use these supplies to relieve stress and give them strategies to work through problems and help them relax.

Students will be able to journal at home with the notepads and pens. During lessons we will use the shredders to write down what is bothering them and then we will "shred" them.
