Celebrate Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month

This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.

My Project

These headphones will continue to enhance the differentiated classroom that I strive to create. Our classroom is a place that all students are welcome and we embrace each other's differences. Students spend a lot of time working independently at their levels while I work with small groups.

With these new headphones, my students will be able to choose from a variety of activities on their devices that will allow them to learn and grow at their own pace.

They will also be able to focus and stay on task longer with headphones that don't give them earaches and headaches. Many students currently take out their earbuds because they are uncomfortable, or they simply don't wear them. A few students bring their own headphones from home, but not all students are able to purchase their own headphones for school. This project will make learning equitable for students in my classroom.
