My Project

These books are books that my students requested that I purchase. There is a Book Wanted sheet in my classroom, and students added these items as books they want added to our classroom library.

Reading is a huge part of my English classroom and curriculum.

Every class period begins with a book talk and ten minutes of reading time. I conference daily with students about their independent reading. The proximity to books in the classroom is a vital part in helping students become readers. Therefore, keeping current books on the shelves is important.

I hope these books will keep my students going back to the shelves!
