This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.

My Project

Though I am not a huge fan of technology use in the classroom, I can agree that when used appropriately it becomes very effective. Technology has become a great learning tool to this day. In my current classroom, I do have a projector screen but no projector, yet. That is why I am requesting a projector.

The projector especially will be supporting my student's education, aside from my teaching.

My students love to wiggle and move, that is how they learn best. Aside from picture cards or modeling different movements, I currently use my laptop to show them yoga poses, breathing techniques, or fun educational 2-minute video clips from EPIC. Being able to have a bigger screen in the classroom will engage my students and support my teaching.
