My Project

We have wonderful students that love coming to gym to be able to release that energy from class. Physical activity plays a key role in the growth and development of children. Working out with trampolines helps promote gross motor skills, coordination and improves memory by increasing blood circulation to the brain.

Trampolines will provide engaging and fun ways to promote fitness and increase body and brain development.

We will use trampolines in our physical education classroom to help promote the mind and body of children in a way they will enjoy!
