My Project
Vertical tester is a great way for us to measure the energy and health of a student prior to their workout in the weight room. Based on their score. We can construct their workout to match their muscles energy and health for that day. Allowing for better understanding of a fatigued muscle or healthy muscle. Making sure we do not overwork fatigued muscles and can challenge the student when muscles are healthy and strong. The vertical tester gives us an immediate indicator prior to workout that day on the fatigue level of the student. Then we can adjust workouts to match their level. Helps us educate our students as well on the importance on proper sleep and nutrition as well. The vertical tester allows them to directly see daily the affects of their sleep and nutrition as it relates to their performance. The foam rollers will be used to help us properly warm up and recover our muscles each day. This will help prevent injuries and improve performance as well. We want these items to help us provide daily feedback to our students on their ability to perform. Allowing us to design workouts best for them each day so they can stay healthy mentally and physically.
