My Students
Amazing Mathematicians! My students are an outstanding group of eager learners. My goal for them is to get as much math practice as possible. The Surface Pro 3 and the iPad mini will allow my students to practice math in an engaging way every day.
Our school is made up of students who speak many different languages and come from low income families.
We have over 40% English language learners and 87% receive free and reduced lunch at our school.
My students don't have access to the amazing online free programs that are out there for them. I want to give them the opportunity to use the Surface Pro 3 and the iPad mini to improve their math skills.
My Project
Math is an area that my students need a ton of practice. We all know that practice makes progress, and I want my students to make as much math progress as possible in math this year and in the years to come. The Surface Pro 3 and the iPad mini tablet, along with the cases and accessories, would allow my students to practice math and learn new technology at the same time. This technology would help my students tremendously in their math capabilities.
My students have the drive and motivation to learn.
I want to give them the tools to enable them to be modern day tech savvy citizens. The Surface Pro 3 and the iPad mini tablet would help me achieve the goal of not only improving my students' math skills but also giving them opportunities to be successful in a tech-based world!
