My Project

Jump ropes are extremely beneficial for students in physical education class! They are incredibly versatile and can be used in relatively small spaces and can travel outdoors or in hallways. These jump ropes can be used by children of all ages to improve coordination, balance, endurance, and overall cardiac health. They will try to earn different colored ninja-colored belts.

Jump ropes build confidence, as students of differing skill levels will experience a high degree of success by challenging themselves to level up by completing consecutive jumps and earning ninja-colored belts!

Students can compete to earn different colored ninja belts in a safe and friendly environment and learn to challenge themselves to advance to the next belt. They will try beginner and advanced individual grade level challenges. Once they complete the number of jumps for each belt, they will write their name on the color belt sheet on the wall in the gym for everyone to see. The students love challenging themselves and cheering on their classmates while keeping healthy. My students will really enjoy having jump ropes to use in gym class and to take home so they can practice.
