We are a special education inclusion program for students with autism at an elementary school in a low-income area.
Our students experience a form of autism called Asperger's Syndrome; their areas of highest need tend to be sensory regulation, fine/gross motor skills development and social skills building.
This proposal will give us a small trampoline, a tool our students can use to regulate themselves when their senses feel overwhelmed during the school day due to the autism they experience. Your donation will also purchase a set of scoops, playground equipment our students can use in integrated play groups while learning social skills with their peers.
Your generosity will help our students develop more skills in their areas of highest need!
Nearly all students from low‑income households
Data about students' economic need comes from the National Center for Education Statistics, via our partners at MDR Education. Learn more
