Jump into Fourth Grade

Help me give my students a jump into the fourth grade year. Throughout the summer, I visit the home of each student I'll be teaching for the following academic year.

My Project

This summer I have the opportunity to visit the home of each student who will be coming into my class in the fall of 2022.

The purpose of the visit is to introduce myself to students and create a sense of community between parents, school and teachers.

I want to give each student a set of multiplication flash cards and book they can use to practice reading and math skills with their parents.

Home visits will allow me to communicate with parents and give parents a guide on how to best prepare their kids for fourth grade. We are a team working together. The teacher, parents, and child striving and succeeding. I want the very best for students. The flash cards and books will allow students to get a jump into fourth grade.
