My Students

Academics are extremely challenging for my students, and they want to be successful in the core curriculum. They need to gain confidence and feel that they can learn difficult math concepts.

I service special education students with emotional disabilities.

They are incredibly bright and unique individuals whose disabilities make it difficult for them to conquer needed skills in key academic areas. My school is an A rated school serving a high needs population that is welcoming to all students. Please help my students master much needed concepts.

My Project

My students will use the JUMP curriculum to help them master key mathematical concepts related to the common core curriculum. They will gain confidence in all areas of math so they can begin to feel successful in spite of their disabilities. The students will work through the math program and improve their test scores.

This curriculum will help me to improve my classroom delivery of mathematics by giving the students a common core-aligned math program.

Becoming better mathematicians will open many career paths in the math and science areas that they did not think about before.
