Celebrate Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month

This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.

My Students

This is my 13th year teaching at my elementary school in Corona, California. We are a TK-6th grade Title I school serving low-income students who are learning English as a second language. Our staff members devote themselves every day to providing the best education we can with the resources we are given for these amazing children.

These kids are special to me because they work hard to be the best they can be.

I want to make their learning environment as comfortable and enriching as I possibly can. They are our future!

My Project

Thank you for taking the time to read my project. My class and I are looking to add jump ropes with counters and a jump rope rack to store the jump ropes.

By providing my students jump ropes with counters it will allow students the opportunity to monitor their jumps accurately and be able to set and obtain goals.

This is an important skill that can be carried across all content areas and into their academic and professional futures.

This will not only help students to practice the skill of setting and obtaining goals, but also promote a healthy lifestyle. My class and I would truly appreciate your donation to this project. Thank you.
