My Project
Very soon, our students will be learning about Economics. Is it too early to be teaching first graders about money and the economy? Absolutely not! Elementary students should learn about this subject because they will make important decisions in their near futures.
My goal is for them to understand 2-3 basic concepts of Economics.
As finance and economics are interrelated, we will be using these materials during our lessons. The jumbo magnets will used when we are working as a whole group, while the kits will be distributed for them to use individually. Also, the gift cards will help greatly as Teachers Pay Teachers have a variety of resources for our students of different ability levels.
