This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.

My Project

All my students are immigrants from diverse countries, living with guardians who are sometimes relatives and sometimes strangers, generously opening their homes. Sadly, they all live below the poverty level and have faced significant challenges in their young lives. Despite these hardships, they are determined to succeed and achieve the American dream. Many have traveled long distances, crossing borders or oceans, in pursuit of a better life for themselves and their families back home. Your donation to our class would provide them with a welcoming environment that offers both physical nourishment and educational enrichment.
