My Project
How you begin your day paves the way for the rest of your day. Through my personal development journey, I recognized the importance of gratitude and strong affirmations. I soon realized that this journey was not just for me.
I decided to bring my students on this journey with me a few years ago.
Every day, we write our gratitude and affirmations and journal about the positive things that are happening to us. They do this in a journal notebook that is kept in the classroom. Year after year, I get comments from students telling me how this has helped their lives in many ways.
Giving my students their own notebooks will start their first words of gratitude.
