My Project

This project will help make a difference in my classroom by providing students with differentiated ways of note-taking. Many of my students struggle in the areas of reading and writing, which go hand in hand with social studies. This item will help purchase supplies to support student learning in Texas history.

Using a journal in 4th-grade Texas history helps students develop critical thinking skills, express emotions, improve writing abilities, and take ownership of their learning journey.

This is a great way to assess understanding and offer targeted support to each student. Overall, journaling enhances both academic and personal growth in the study of Texas history.
