My Students

I teach a group of 25 students with specials needs ranging in grades from 2nd-5th and ranging in disabilities from ADHD to Autism and many others.
Each student has their own goals that are aligned to the Mathematics Common Core State Standards and are working towards these goals as well as their grade level specific Common Core State Standards. My students learn differently and so need many more hands on, interactive and organized ways to practice skills and work towards their goals.
My Project
I'm requesting different grade and goal appropriate common core aligned problem solving math journals to help my students work towards their classroom and IEP goals. These journals will help my students with planning out and implementing their work on problems as well as keeping track of their work to see progress towards their goals. The folders will help my students organize their work towards the different Common Core math standards and help me see who needs more help towards specific goals.
