Journaling Materials for 1st Grade Creative Writers !

Help me give my students supplies for journaling and writing at home during this time! I still want my kids to become strong writers even if we are learning in a unique way!

FULLY FUNDED! Mrs. Douglas's classroom raised $366

My Students

I teach in Baltimore City which is located in the state of Maryland. Our school buildings will be closed for the remainder of the 2019-20 school year. We are currently having virtual classes on Zoom and I also teach lessons through YouTube!

My Project

These materials will give my students the necessary items at home to be able to journal about their feelings during this time of isolation from friends, family members, and school staff. Students will receive a brand new notebook, pencils, crayons, markers, and colored pencils to help with journaling at home. Students can also use these materials to complete writing assignments that are given out during our virtual classes.

These items will help my students to become strong writers and continue practicing skills we've learned while letting their creative juices flow with fun materials!
