My Project

A classroom rug is more than just a piece of decor; it's a symbol of unity and collaboration. It's a space where students gather to learn, share ideas, and work together as a community. With a rug in our classroom, we can transform our space into a place where students feel comfortable, engaged, and connected to one another.

This classroom rug will foster a classroom community and a sense of belonging.

We spend time checking in daily and reaching out to all learners.

It also will be used in small groups as an area a group can gather comfortably to explore and learn. This rug would give a safe and clean place to encourage students to work together and build social emotional skills.

Small groups are a great part of our classroom learning. By joining on the rug, we can collaborate together in our groups. It's a space where students gather to learn, share ideas, and work together as a community. With a rug in our classroom, we can transform our space into a place where students feel comfortable, engaged, and connected to one another.

Please consider donating to this fund to provide a welcoming, collaborative and comfortable setting for my first grade learners.
