Jogger Sweatpants for Winter!

Help me give my students jogger sweatpants for the upcoming cold, winter weather!

My Project

Students need to feel comfortable, warm, and safe for effective learning in school. I am working in conjunction with our community wrap around coordinator to grow our winter clothes supply. Around this time of year, we see an influx of students from different countries joining us at South High. Many of these students and families come from places where they have never experienced cold weather.

Winters in MA can be so cold, especially if it is your first time experiencing it!

Help us restock our sweatpant supply so students can feel comfortable in class. Our wraparound coordinator works closely with students experiencing homelessness, in foster care, and those new to the country. As the ESL department head, I often refer new students arriving to her from other countries to be supplied with clothes for winter. We are looking to restock our supply as we are running through what we already have quite quickly! We work as a team and we are so appreciative of your donations to help us keep our winter closet stocked!
