My students need a keyboard amp so they can blend their sound and be heard when playing in the jazz ensemble.

Celebrating Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month
This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because
it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.
My Students
My guitar/electric piano students recently had the amp blow out on them. It was an older amp, and now when they play, they aren't heard.
My students are hard workers, and they strive for nothing but the best.
This is my top ensemble, my jazz ensemble. We are in a urban school district, with very little funding for music related activities. My music budget was around $200 for this year, and I had to share that with the chorus teacher I work with.
My Project
The resource I am requesting is a new keyboard amp (which, can be used for pretty much any instrument). This is a great product that will help my students by letting them hear all the nuances of the sound they are producing. With this, we will be able to have full rehearsals with the right sound.
Without your help, these students, who cannot afford an amp, will not be able to add their valuable musicianship to the ensemble.
I fear that this will negatively impact their experience and education in music.
