This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.

My Project

Music classrooms, just like any classroom, need items to help with the day to day activities.

Instruments are an essential part of any music classroom.

These new instruments will be great additions to our classroom.

The ukulele will add a fun new sound to the music that we sing in class. The sound of ukulele could be used to create an accompaniment when my students sing. Having a ukulele in the classroom will also allow my students a chance to learn how to play it themselves, giving them the chance to add its sound to the music that they create. Drums of any kind are always a favorite of my students. The floor tom is sure to be a fun addition to our classroom.
