This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.

My Project

This project allows my students to have supplies that will foster a new love of learning for their first-grade year. It's so important for young children to have opportunities to develop a love of reading. Each student will get books they will take home in their Book Buddy Bags to practice their reading skills at home.

The Book Buddy Bags will help support the learning of my students throughout the year.

First grade is all about learning to read. They embrace reading through organization and practice. Help me create a love of reading for the students.
