Help me give my students a way to be inspired to learn with incentive stickers and a podium for during presentations. These items will help with self-esteem building and team building!

My Students

My students are an amazing group of 6th graders. Each year, my goal is to meet the needs of all 150 diverse learners in my classroom. My students come from a wide range of social and economic households, and I have several students who speak multiple languages.

Although the students are diverse, they are all 11-12 years old that have the same needs: to be able to learn, grow and flourish in my science classroom and become productive members of society in the future.

My Project

I am requesting scented stickers and a podium as part of a team-building initiative. My end goal is to build a true community in my classroom.

The podium is to help in overcoming the fear of public speaking and the stickers are incentives that will be used throughout the year!

Many students are afraid to speak in front of a group, and I'm hoping that the podium will be one way they will conquer that fear!

I can't wait until the kids see all the little things that make the classroom come alive and make the kids want to come to school each day to learn!
