My Project
I love that my students are able to use their minds when we have indoor recess days. During that time, I don't let them go on their computers. I want them to be creative and learn to communicate and get along with others. We have so many materials including marble runs, MagnaTiles, dollhouses, train sets, and more. But, there is no easy way for my students to independently access the materials for learning.
What this project will do is provide easy storage in one place in the classroom when my students have to be inside because it is too cold or rainy outside.
All materials can go in the clear bins and be slid onto the shelves. Students will then be able to get the materials they need, use them, and return them neatly to their proper places. This will make clean-up a breeze and independence will soar! I love that these bins come completely out of the shelf so they can be taken around the classroom. They also allow for easy seeing through the clear bin to see what is inside. Students will love the new, organized center spaces.
