This project is part of the Black History Month celebration because it supports a Black teacher or a school where the majority of the students are Black.

My Project

These items will be available to my students to celebrate their transition to high school. We will use a mock cash system to help develop money management and budget skills.

The snacks will also serve as a reward for their hard work throughout the year to show that their hard work and effort did not go unnoticed.

I choose the items based on what the majority of my students mentioned liking throughout the year. The overall goal is to develop their money management skills and show the appreciation they deserve.
