Celebrate Black Teachers and Students

This project is part of the Black History Month celebration because it supports a Black teacher or a school where the majority of the students are Black.

My Students

My students are in a low-income based school, and all the students receive free lunch. My students do not have everything they need to grow as readers. There are resources that I want them to use for our class that we do not have access. My students are very special to me because they are my very first class with being a first-year teacher. They will succeed in my class and I will not allow their current situation to determine their future.

My Project

Our classroom is advancing into a Apple Classroom and we are in need of a an MacBook Air to have access to an computer. We are planning to integrate new technology to create documents and access iWork software to publish things.

We are hoping that you all will be able help up gain the access to have updated technology at our fingertips.

This will be something they will help kick out off new school year.

The Holliday Hearts are ready to learn, grow and produce nothing but excellence this school year and we can’t wait to show you all! Thank you in advance!
