This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because
it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.
My Project
These materials will help both of my classes feel welcomed, safe, and engaged in mathematics! Our classroom is working very hard in math and trying to close many learning gaps. My students are coming from many different backgrounds and many different needs in learning. Multiplication flash cards will support their times tables in a fun and engaging way at school and home! Math reading books will bring everyday problems to life.
IXL Math Workbooks align with our online student accounts and will help differentiate learning and support growth in foundational skills.
IRIS storage containers will help us keep our math supplies organized, while welcoming doormats and encouraging pillow cases will provide an inviting classroom design.
In a math classroom, all of these angles adds up to supporting all of my students!
