Help me give my students the opportunity to learn digital photography on high-quality professional cameras. I have been teaching digital photography at my school going on a 3rd year without any cameras.

My Project
My students are creative, intelligent, media savvy, and love taking photographs and videos. They sign up for my Digital Photography class because it offers them a chance to tell their story and learn new techniques. Unfortunately, I have not been able to offer them the best equipment or even up-to-date cameras in school.
This project would fund semi-professional cameras that my students can use to tell their own unique stories.
My students deserve the opportunity to learn photography on quality equipment, and a chance to learn more advanced techniques. Many schools are able to fund this equipment, but our budgets have been locked. I have been collecting old digital point-and-shoot cameras and purchased a few inexpensive ones that they could use. However, funding them out of my own pocket and donations isn't sustainable in the long-term.
I've been teaching Digital Photography at our Title I school in Delaware County, PA (outside Philadelphia) since Fall 2023. 92% of the district's students are low-income, and all qualify for free breakfast and lunch. Each semester, I have around 70 students, up to 140 per year. While some of my students can use their phones for Photography, some have broken phones or phones without cameras and have to use loaners. The loaner cameras I have are old and low-quality. They're not supported by the original vendors anymore, and manuals and replacement batteries are hard to find.
Contributing to this project would help my students develop their observation skills, find a creative outlet for self-expression, push the boundaries of their skills with new challenges, and stay up-to-date with current technology.
Nearly all students from low‑income households
