My Project

Every child is unique in their own way. They have their own personality, likes and dislikes, and different learning styles. This means they do not all like to sit at a desk and a chair to complete their classwork. In my classroom, they are given the opportunity to explore different sitting or standing positions and decide which one works best for them.

In my classroom, I offer flexible seating and personal learning bins so each scholar feels like they have a space just for them in the classroom.

Their learning bin is just for them and they use it all year for all of their books and supplies. This gives them the opportunity of feeling ownership of their own belongings.
