My Project

It's that time of year again! Back to school! I'm at a new school and ready to start the year off right with a new learning space, complete with new bean bag chairs!

While these chairs may seem like a small thing, they are a huge hit in my classroom!

I use these as an incentive during whole group learning at the rug. Students who show active listening and participation at the rug earn a little seat break in a beanbag chair as a time to change positions and even hit the "reset" button during learning.

As a dual purpose, these chairs are a comfy spot to curl up with a good book during independent reading and literacy centers!
