My students need iPad Air 2 with a case to help in small-group instruction, individual student projects, in paired video reports, and for use in a student's home when extra math practice is needed.
A day in my classroom is a day filled with learning, respect, and hard work. My school is in a rural area, and the students that I teach come from a wide variety of backgrounds.
Our class motto is, "In this room, we don't do easy.
We make easy happen through hard work and learning!"
I have high expectations for my students and do everything in my ability to help them achieve their goals! I enjoy planning creative lessons and projects as much as my students enjoy working on them!
My Project
I have worked on several ways to obtain iPads for my classroom over the past couple of years. I have obtained 7 iPads so far for my classroom.
I would like to add another so that I can break the students into smaller groups during small group reading and math instruction.
We are using the iPads we have now for research, video reporting, taking A.R. tests, classroom instruction, and for special projects.
With only a few iPads to go around, it is sometimes difficult to give everyone an equal opportunity to participate while doing projects within the time constraints of our class period.
