Celebrating Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month
This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because
it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.
My Project
Using iPads in the third-grade classroom will help boost my students' engagement and encourage their creativity. In addition, they will learn digital literacy, which will help support independent study, as my students can test their knowledge through interactive assessments. Furthermore, by integrating iPads and a charging station into the classroom, my students will develop better critical thinking and higher-order reasoning skills, strengthening their math and language skills.
My goals for this project will be to increase collaboration and collective learning.
In addition, I hope to spark and increase growth in literary text comprehension, informational text comprehension, vocabulary acquisition, and Steam. My goal also includes enhancing students' engagement in projects that require collaboration.
