iPads to Support Kindergartners

My Students

My students are fun-loving and kind Kindergartners. They are full of energy and curiosity. I am always looking for new ways to teach them and help them to grow. My greatest hope is to spark a love for learning for my students. Kindergarten is such an important time for students because, for many of them, it is their first experience in an educational setting. I hope that I am able to help them to become lifelong learners even through Emergency Distance Learning.

My students learn in a variety of different ways and I am always looking for new ways to differentiate the learning for them.

Some of my Kindergartners are English language learners while others are bilingual. All of my students come from different backgrounds and walks of life, but all of them are loving, kind, and continuing to blossom!

My Project

The introduction of technology in our classroom has been monumental to supporting the learning of all of my students, especially during this unprecedented time! My dream would be to provide my Kindergartners with one to one iPads; however, with 31 students, this has been a challenge!

With your donations, I am hoping to provide a couple more iPads for my students in order to allow for them to continue to blossom and grow!

We will be able to use the iPads in order to support our reading and math rotations from home through Emergency Distance Learning. This additional technology will give my students new opportunities to learn in fun and exciting ways, even when learning from home!
