My Project

I teach 4th grade math, and I’m fortunate to work with a group of students who choose to stay after school to strengthen their skills and close learning gaps. These students are eager, motivated, and committed to improving—but they need the right tools to support their growth.

I’m requesting iPads to use during our afterschool tutoring sessions to help bring mathematical concepts to life in an interactive, engaging way.

With access to iPads, students will be able to use educational apps and digital tools that offer personalized practice, immediate feedback, and visual models that support their understanding of key math concepts.

These devices will not only boost engagement, but also allow for differentiated instruction, helping me meet each student where they are. Whether they’re working on multiplication fluency, fractions, or multi-step word problems, the iPads will give them access to resources that make abstract ideas more concrete.

Your support will help provide my students with technology that enhances learning, builds confidence, and turns afterschool tutoring into an exciting opportunity rather than a challenge.
