My Students

"A person's a person, no matter how small." -Dr. Seuss, Horton Hears a Who! My classroom is where it all begins. We start small, learning our letters, numbers, and daily routines. We aim big, for the greatest goal, to love school and become lifelong learners.

My classroom is a part of a learning community with a mission to ensure all students acquire the academic and social skills essential to achieving their full potential and becoming productive citizens.

I teach 20 kindergarten students with different backgrounds, lifestyles, and educational experiences. Each student brings their own unique personality and learning style to form our classroom family.

My Project

My students need 3 mini iPads to ensure small group instruction with integrated technology. Technology in the classroom in important to teachers, parents, and administrators. Having three mini iPads in the classroom will help advance each child's experience with technology. I can differentiate instruction using different apps while also using the different apple features.

This project will help teach each student in the classroom about the use of technology.

I can use a variety apps to differentiate instruction based on individual needs. I'm looking forward to using the mini iPads in the classroom during small group and independent instruction. Plus, this project will help students for many years to come!
