My Students
Thank you for taking a moment to look at my project that will benefit my wonderful students! Teaching in a low-income area, my students are constantly faced with adversity. However, despite challenges, my students remain positive, creative, and ready to learn!
My classroom is comprised of 17 boys and girls with minds like sponges, ready to absorb all of the knowledge around them!
I want my students to have access to materials and resources that will enhance their learning. I am looking to give my students a giant push toward their futures by being able to give them as much as I possibly can. The future starts here and now!
My Project
I am requesting an iPad to help improve my communication with students and parents, as well as, support my instruction. I teach in a school where most of the students and parents speak Spanish - one of the ways I envision myself using my iPad, is by downloading programs that will help me learn the language. Since an iPad is small and portable, I will have a tool that is readily available to me, no matter where I am!
An iPad will help support my communication and instruction and help me grow as an educator!
I also plan to download apps that will enable me to differentiate instruction, take pictures of student work, and plan meaningful instruction. The possibilities are endless with an iPad and will make a huge difference! I can't wait to use an iPad to expand my knowledge and improve my practice!
