My Project
Providing my self contained special education students with the opportunity to use an iPad will have positive impacts on their ability to interact with educational materials. iPads are touch screen friendly and allow students to have visuals that can help with communication.
iPads also offer additional ways for students to learn educational materials, by offering a different way to access it.
Some students are more tactile, therefore being able to touch will motivate them and speak to their true learning style.
Given the price of these electronic devices, it is difficult to be able to provide my students the opportunity to have iPads. However, with the generosity of our community and donors, learning can really transcend in my classroom.
