Celebrate Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month

This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.

My Students

Our school is described as a high performing charter school in South Miami, Florida. Our students strive to perform above and beyond their expectations. Students in our classroom come to school excited to learn and are anxious to please, and are always excited for a challenge. With that challenge, comes the necessity for more resources to help these students meet their learning gains.

We as teachers are always seeking to find new innovative ways to challenge these students.

The students in our classrooms have a wide range of learning abilities, needs, and challenges.

My Project

These iPads will make such a difference in the lives of my students. My students will be able to research math and science activities along with visualizing the topics at hand. In addition, my students will receive tutorial support in the areas of Reading and Math.

We look forward to adding these iPads to our learning centers.

Using these iPads in the classroom will mean that these students will be able to learn and expand their knowledge beyond the four walls of the classroom.
