My Students

My students are an excited bunch who want to learn. They live in a low-income area where they don't get as many opportunities as they deserve. I have a very mixed group in my class, where several students come from less than ideal home lives. When they come to school, they should be able to learn and have fun at the same time. I want to give them more ways to succeed to the best of their ability.

I want them to be able to come to a classroom where they can thrive.

I would love for my class to have the materials and opportunities they deserve!

My Project

The abilities in my classroom are very different so I do a lot of small group instruction during reading and math. The IPads will make a huge difference with my students since they will have access new technology daily. They will also allow access to a variety of educational sites that will allow them to work independently on their level.

Technology is everywhere and I want my students to be prepared.

My students would love to have IPads made available to them everyday so they can so they can be exposed to new ways of learning the material they are expected to know.
