My students are eager learners who enjoy new experiences. We are working on being a more well-rounded class and group of kids. My class houses the ENL students so we have the honor of learning from each other as we strive to become more well rounded.
With a focus on mindfulness and social-emotional learning, we are striving to become better citizens.
Our school district has undergone several transformations in which we have found that our students have greater needs and we hope we can have your support.
My Project
These ipads would allow me to have small groups working on Math, Reading, Phonics, and more! We are moving towards more technology in our district, but the resources we have can't keep up with the demand.
We will utilize these ipads during Daily 5 and Math rotations on a daily basis.
Students enjoy the touchscreens and ability to "play" while at school. The wonderful thing with the ipads is that it allows for more movement and comfort in the classroom. Our room has flexible seating so the ipads would mean a student is not locked onto a desktop and can get comfortable while learning.
