My Students
They're bright energetic kids, who love learning using technology. They also are learning to love math too! We do project based learning and try to be as group centered as possible. All the kids are focused on being college eligible and finding what they have a passion for.
My Project
There are many ways to use an iPad to make classwork and group work more interactive. Students write there responses live onto an iPad that can be projected to the class. Groups can use live docs and pictures to display their thinking. Videos can be made that make the learning experience much more engaging than sitting in lectures.
These are just some of the ways that students can benefit from having access to technology that they wouldn't otherwise because of affordability.
As their teacher, I want to provide the best experiences possible for our future generations and having newer technology makes that possibility more of a reality.
