My Students

I teach Language Arts, Math, Social Studies, and Science to 24 sweet, eager-to-learn 4th grade students of varying ability levels in an Intermediate school with 4th, 5th, and 6th grade classes. Some are gifted: reading above grade level; some are at grade level; and some are reading below grade level. They are quite a unique bunch of students with variety of nationalities, cultures, and socioeconomics!

Our Intermediate school always strives to provide opportunities for students to be successful in everything.

I am always looking for exciting ways to enhance their learning!

My Project

The 2020-21 school year is definitely presenting new challenges for teachers and students! I will be teaching virtually for at least the first half of the year and am looking for technology that will enhance online instruction and make it as engaging as possible for my students.

An iPad Pro and Apple pencil will provide a unique and fun way to present material to my students.

I will be able to use it to work examples of math problems; teach reading and writing; etc. It will definitely enhance virtual learning for my students! This will be a great tool to use in my classroom!
