This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.

My Project

I have been borrowing an iPad for many years now and I would love to have one of my own that I can bring to my classroom. The benefits of using the iPad and Apple TV in the classroom is that it allows you the freedom to walk around and support students as you teach because all notes and work is being broadcast via Airplay. Another great benefit to this set up is the ability to showcase students work with the camera and allowing students the choice to do work directly on the iPad for the whole class to see rather than having to get up and go the board. Also, it is environmentally friendly as one Apple Pencil can be any color and lasts a very long time. Overall, it's been a great tool and makeshift smart board that the students and I both love.
