My students need iPad minis in order to practice their math and literacy skills, as well as activities to work on hand-muscle strength for their writing and cutting skills.

My Students

My students are working hard to learn reading, writing and math skills. They learn best by being able to use different materials to show what they have learned.

We are our district's first STEAM elementary school.

Our school is very rich in the diversity of the student and the family population.

My Project

My students will be able to practice individualized skills independently by using math, reading and writing/fine motor apps such as Moose Math, Raz Kids and Lively Letters.

Practicing skills independently is important for my students so they can build their confidence.

As their confidence builds, they become more and more willing to take risks - than they really start to take off!

The boys and girls I work with are hard workers who are trying each and every day to build their math, reading and writing skills. This will give them an alternative way to practice their skills to either build on or maintain their mastered skills.
