My Students

My gaggle of 19 kindergartners literally tumble over each other into the classroom each morning! They bring their energy and enthusiasm into everything they do.

These kiddos have the charisma and drive to really be successful.

Despite coming mostly from low-socioeconomic households, they make tremendous progress every year in their learning. They inspire me to be the best teacher I can be, and to do all I can to make their kindergarten experience one that will build momentum for lifelong learning!

My Project

With iPads, students are excited to work independently, building their self confidence, while having fun learning. Using iPads, students can explore their individual curiosities through apps, videos, and virtual books. They are able to record their design process when working with STEM projects. Students can even use iPads to help build a digital portfolio of their own learning!

Your donation toward this project will help build an iPad inventory that will engage my students in all these fantastic learning experiences.

Without the help of your generous donation, many of my students will not have the opportunity to interact with this type of technology.
